Arkansas Northeastern College respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects students, faculty, and staff to do so as well. It is the responsibility of all members of the ANC community to make a good faith determination that their use of copyrighted materials complies with U.S. Copyright Law and ANC's Copyright Policy.
Proper use of copyright materials also extends to electronic resources available on the internet. Anyone using ANC computing and network resources are expected to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not use ANC resources to download unauthorized copies of licensed software or any form of copyrighted material.
Full-time faculty will receive copyright awareness training each January. Adjunct faculty should review copyright compliance with the appropriate dean or instructor mentor.
