New Task- like when the Iphone or Ipad came out, everyone wanted one and wante to have information on how it worked and what kind of product it was. Straight Rebuy- like buying a box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, you dont even have to think about it, you know its a good product and you will continue to buy it. Modified Rebuy- buying clothes. You buy on brand and you have a loyalty to that brand but then a new marketer comes along and offers a product just as good if not better at a better price and you start buying there.
