Physica Distribution System is the ability to produce a specified level of customer service while minimizing the cost involved in physically moving and storing the product from production point to ultimate being purchase. One way of how a conflict can occur is shipping and storing of product. The longer the product is store the more a product will cost. All of the different department will see shipping cost different. Storing would be another if a customer wants 50 computer of the same type they may not want to wait to build these units, when other may have them in stocks. Keeping up with up to date item would be another cost way.

They can haul lots of thing but are limited to weight but not be able to keep good as dry as airplanes would be.Rail could be the best when it comes to size and weight. rail do not ship to every town as trucks does. rail offer a low cost compare to others. Water is another way of shipping when it come to weight and size, because air and can not handle size and weight as the other can.Water also offer a low cost of shipping. Air offer the faster way of shipping and is the most costly way of shipping items quick. Truck, rail are slower ways of shipping. Pipline is another way of shipping which is low cost. It can also ship oil gas quicker that the other can.
