Log in by entering http://myanc.anc.edu into your browser Address window or click on the myANC button on our homepage - www.anc.edu

At myANC, you will see two boxes near the top of the screen.  One is labeled User Name and the other is labeled Password.
 
Your User Name is your Student ID and is found on the statement given to you when you registered.  It is the nine-digit number underneath the date on your statement from the business office.  When typing the number into the User Name box, do not type the hyphen.
 
Your password is your current Campus Connect password.
 
If you have trouble locating these items, contact Student Services at 762-1020, ext. 1105  

I tried to log in using my SSN and my Campus Connect username, but neither one worked.
You can only log in to the portal (myANC) using your Student ID.  Your SSN, WebCT ID or Campus Connect usernames won't work.
 
I don't know my Student ID.
You can find your Student ID by going to the ANC Homepage (www.anc.edu) and logging in to Campus Connect.  Once in Campus Connect, click on Student Information, then Demographic Data.  Your Student ID is listed there.
 
Your Student ID is also listed on the billing statement you received at the business office when you registered.  It is the 9-digit number underneath the date.  It looks something like this: 1230-04321.
 
I don't know how to use Campus Connect to find my information.
If you do not know how to log in to Campus Connect, stop by Statehouse Hall and ask at Student Services, or call 762-1020 ext. 1105.
 
I know my Student ID and my Campus Connect password, but I still can't log in to myANC.
Be sure you are typing your Student ID without any hyphens.  Just type the 9 digits straight through.
 
Also, if your Campus Connect password begins with a leading zero (ex. 0874), do not use the leading zero when logging in to myANC.  If your Campus Connect password begins with two leading zeros (ex. 0037), drop both leading zeros and only use the 37 as your myANC password.
 
I thought my Campus Connect password was the problem so I clicked on "I forgot my password".  It said it sent a new password to my email but I haven't gotten anything.
When you correctly type your Student ID and then click on I forgot my password, a randomly generated password is sent to the email address you have on file with the school.  If you do not have an email address on file, you cannot receive the email.  If this happens, send an email to anchelp@anc.edu to have your password reset.
